At the 2011 event, some 50 members of the press visited the NEC from trade, technical and consumer magazines across the UK and Europe.
Due to the timing of the show, many exhibitors choose to launch new products onto the market, so there is always plenty to write about for trade and consumer journalists.
Facilities at the show include a fully prepped press office, where journalists can relax, hold meetings, or make use of the business facilities.
